French term or phrase: actions non libérées
The way I understand, when it is libérée, this pertains to a fully paid up share... but here it talks about "actions non libérées des versements exigibles" and I wonder if that refers to, say, mortgaged shares, or pawned shares... or could I use shares not fully paid up? Text follows:

Thank you; I had used fully paid-up shares for the actions libérées but the versements exigibles threw me...

agree  Rob Grayson: Google does actually show some usage of this rendering, though I personally dislike it; in the given context, I would prefer "shares not fully paid up"
