This is from a management report for a mutual fund:

La diminution du nombre d’actions du FCPE est due aux remboursements suivants en 2005 :
- démissions : 10 %
- décès : 11 %
- sorties en titres (y compris donations) : 27 %
- sorties expatriés et filiales : 9 %
- autres remboursements de parts disponibles : 43 %

I am a bit confused by "sorties en titres," and what exactly is meant by "donations". Any insight would be much appreciated. Thank you!
