This is an argument brought by a plaintiff requesting the deletion of certain search results returned by a search engine. I found the term "dereferencing" in English, but I didn't really understand what it means so I'm not sure it fits in this context.

more fully the right to erasure. Basically déréférencement means being removed from a listing (such as a list of preferrred suppliers) here they mean being removed from search engine results.
