History / Military Position
French term or phrase: Gend. Minerchen
This is a handwritten document, in German, but I believe this military position is French. As I don't speak French, it is difficult to decipher the letters correctly. The document previously mentions "Capitaine Rapportens de la Karre" who issued a complaint against Gend. "Minerchen" (name of officer).

I am relatively certain of the letters Mi_e_chen. Any ideas on French army positions beginning with Mi?

Merci :)
