French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Government / Politics / Canadian Fr-Contact information - Police stations
French term or phrase: SIA
I am translating a police report from Montreal (Canada) from French to English.
The target audience is the Toronto police force.
The term in question occurs when listing information on places involved in a case, including police stations.
When listing addresses for police stations, after listing the district, it lists "CO" followed by a direction (e.g. CO: EST) and then "SIA" followed by a 4-digit code (e.g. "SIA: 5032")
Can anyone tell me what "SIA" and "CO" stand for?
Thanks!
