Buddy system and newbie Explanation: Just an idea from left-field. Less colloquially, there is tutor (system) and tutee. Also big brother and little brother (bit sexist) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 32 mins (2004-11-10 16:19:23 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Oops, just re-read your note and think I may be on the wrong track completely. The parrain isn\'t somebody who introduces the filleul to the site in the sense of showing him the ropes, is he? He\'s just the person who recommends the site to him, right? Oh dear...
