Hello,

Au Guatemala les poissons à rostre sont protégés par la loi. Cela n’empêche pas les petits pêcheurs artisanaux d’en capturer illégalement avec des palangres flottantes, mais leurs ponctions sont limitées.

I don't think this has anything to do with the puncturing technique they carry out on fish...has anyone any idea what this could be?
