Les aspects environnementaux
Les performances environnementales de la technologie sont évaluées par rapport à l’impact des bactéries injectées ainsi que celui des produits et co-produits (i.e., NH4Cl) sur le milieu environnant (nappe alluviale en connexion avec l’ouvrage hydraulique en remblais), en utilisant des organismes de référence et les microorganismes naturellement présents comme cibles (bio-indicateurs).
L’impact des bactéries injectées, produits et co-produits a été étudié lors des essais sur modèle physique du xxxxx (voir § 3) en exposant un milieu récepteur cible (sédiments de contre canaux) aux effluents en sortie de procédé et en utilisant les communautés microbiennes du milieu récepteur comme bio-indicateurs.
L’étude sera complétée par l’impact du procédé sur d’autres organismes pertinents et sites-spécifiques.
D’autre part, des analyses chimiques complémentaires sont réalisées sur les effluents bruts collectés en sortie du modèle physique afin d’évaluer les teneurs en chlorures, ammonium et Carbone Organique Total afin de vérifier la compatibilité du procédé vis-à-vis des références de qualités des eaux destinées à différentes applications et donc de la localisation potentielle des sites d’application du procédé yyyyy.
Des biomarqueurs taxinomiques et fonctionnels ont été développés et des **amorces** spécifiques définies permettant de suivre la souche bactérienne dans toutes matrices environnementales.
