I am not sure what "circulation" means here.
Context:

Les nouveaux bâtiments sont des réinventions, des réinterprétations et des collages empreints des typologies d’espaces existantes, des éléments architecturaux clés et des matériaux caractéristiques du Campus.

Les expériences spatiales spécifiques sont multiples. En premier, la circulation organique centrale autour des amphithéâtres de l'auditorium du bâtiment principal est large et généreuse. Deuxièmement, la plupart des amphithéâtres offrent une vue sur l’extérieur. Troisièmement, une clairière verte et généreuse est encadrée par les bâtiments principaux.

It's usually best to try and rephrase; we do use 'circualtion' in EN, but almost invariably to qualify some other noun, as I've tried to suggest above; which noun you use depends on the exact context.
Very often, a 'circulation horizontale' is basically just a 'corridor', while a 'circulation verticale' may be just a stairwell; but I think this term is used specifically to designate the notion of it as a space, rather than its physical manifestation.

There are many specific spatial arrangements. First of all, there is a large and generous (central) organic flow around the amphitheatres in the main building's auditorium.
