Portable devices

Explanation:
I can't find a direct reference for the translation but, given the context which is a corporate IT policy covering both devices given to employees and personal devices used by employees for company business (BYOD), portable devices seems appropriate.

disagree  Francis Marche: "Portable devices" tells nothing on the wireless connectivity features of a device, which is essential in the "nomade" concept.

-> I get your point, but I now work in IT in the UK and would say that "roaming" applies almost exclusively to taking a device to a foreign country. Maybe, of course, that is the asker's context.

neutral  Daryo: nomad devices must also be portable, but it's putting the accent on a different aspect of these devices – "portable" means you can take them with you, not necessarily that you can connect them to different computer networks

Roaming devices

Explanation:
"nomade" est le terme quasi officiel employé en France pour l'anglais "roaming".

"J'ai un contrat nomade" = a roaming subscription

neutral  Daryo: as far as I'm aware, "roaming" is used for mobile phones used abroad - you wouldn't say that someone is "roaming" with a memory stick used yesterday in London and today in Manchester//a USB stick is a hell of "security risk" in any language
4 hrs
-> a memory stick (clé USB) is NOT regarded as "matériel nomade" in French, not at all.
