the global political Explanation: After the prompt from Jessica, it dawned on me that academics often refer to 'the global political' per se, meaning a mind-set really, or perspective. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2010-11-04 12:38:31 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I do know what you mean.
