Explanation:
ongebruikelijke term in het Frans. Volgens mij bedoelen ze een soort "baremaveld, baremaniveau." Dat klinkt echter ook ongebruikelijk in het NL. IK denk dat jet het hier gewoon kunt vertalen door "baremaschaal". Wordt dus "..... loonschaal (baremaschaal) ..."

ik denk idd dat het 2x ongeveer hetzelfde is, gewoon een +/- synoniem bedoeld ter verduidelijking.

Asker: Barema is al loonschaal, dus baremaschaal lijkt me een beetje dubbelop, zeker in dit geval. Ik denk eerder dat "plage barémique" synoniem is met "plage de rémunération/salaire" (loonschijf).

Dit is een standaardverwijzing naar de weddeschalen van Belgisch overheidspersoneel. Binnen een bepaalde baremische schaal heb je minimale en maximale wedden in functie van o.a. aantal dienstjaren.

Asker: Baremische schaal is "échelle barémique". Die schaal is volgens mij verdeeld in "plages" (schijven). Baremische schijf geeft helaas maar één treffer.
