comment Explanation: As 'wacht' in Belgium is on-call duty or a person who is on call, a wachtvergadering is presumably a meeting (of persons involved in on-call duty in some way or other) to discuss matters related to on-call duty. In this light, perhaps the GP could have answered the question just as well with 'cleaning bedpans'. |
