Flemish term or phrase: Wachtvergadering
From a survey.

The question:
"Considering all the factors you believe contribute to the overall quality of a sales rep, which factors are most important in defining that representative as the "best"?"

The answer of a Flemish GP:
"Ondersteuning wachtvergaderingen".

That's all I have, I'm afraid.

Explanation:
As 'wacht' in Belgium is on-call duty or a person who is on call, a wachtvergadering is presumably a meeting (of persons involved in on-call duty in some way or other) to discuss matters related to on-call duty. In this light, perhaps the GP could have answered the question just as well with 'cleaning bedpans'.
