At the head of the document together with "Datum bestelling", "Expeditie nr.", "RD nummer" and "bedrag". "RD", in a similar context, has already been explained on ProZ.com as stanfing for "Referentie Dossier" - whether correctly or not I don't know.

  -> Of course... It has an "amount" on there as well as an order date. It could simply be part of the contact information listed on the certificate for the issuing office.
