reservation (for e.g. a complaint later on) Explanation: This clarifies what one sort of 'varauma' means: When you receive a shipment you check the packaging and, if you notice some damages, you make a note (varauma) of it on the waybill (with the presence of the carrier). By making this varauma you reserve yourself the possibility to make a complaint later on, if the goods occur to be damaged. (You can make a complaint also without varauma, but your prospects are much worse). Their may be some better translation than reservation for varauma in English |
