I'm not sure if this went through as I already selected this answer once - I think it must be right as it is what someone else also wrote on my friend's facebook page. I was wondering if there was any connection to the word house since the picture was of three house scenes (they could easily look Chekovian) and kotelo seems to have a meaning of house in addition to pupa...I was curious how many layers of meaning are in the word.
