Asker: Sadly, no. Very clear copy, it says Perusvv in a section that otherwise deals with other background information such as profession and name of GP. Thanks, though.

Explanation:
This seems possible, although I have great difficulties to catch why to abbreviate 'vaiva' as 'vv'.

It should be noticed that 'perusvaiva' is different from 'perussairaus' (underlying disease). It is something real (I cannot walk more than 100 m without resting) and there may be several underlying illnesses.

Asker: It's in the context of basic info such as profession and the name of your GP, so I do agree vaiva might be possible. I was thinking along the lines of vakuutusvuosi but still can't fathom why that would be in there.
