Persian (Farsi) term or phrase: Berayo khustigho
I talked about Persian music, Googoosh and Shakila in particular, with somebody and he said that. He also said "To unka hey bolandi"

Explanation:
1) "Barayo Khushtigho," does not sound a meaningful phrase in Farsi. Perhaps giving the context in which it has been used would help in verifying it.
2) "To unka hey bolandi" should read
"To oon kooh-e bolandi" [Thou art (You are) that high mountain], which is the name of one of Googoosh's songs.
Good lauck.
