can u provide another equivalent in Persian which suits in this context?

the SOMEONE whose u are talking about never rejected any answer so far. so respect your character and don't specify s.ths which are not in a translator's prestigious.

I'm pretty sure this simple phrase of " از خود بی خود شدن " cannot have 9 different equivalents in English, so please stop acting like kids and keep posting a new equivalent. Remember, the goal is to provide a complete answer for the asker which should help him understand the concept of the phrase. So instead of posting a new equivalent, try to complete the existing ones if needed. I think it's only in this pair-language where we get to see 9 different answers to a question... or someone disagreeing an answer for a typo (e.g. loose). And this is exactly why we have this new guy who allows himself to disagree with whatever he wants, just because his "Farhange Hezare" says so!
