— W rezolucjach Parlamentu Europejskiego dotyczących udzielenia absolutorium z wykonania budżetu elementy tekstu zaczynające się od tiret określane są jako „odniesienia”, po nich następują „motywy” oznaczane literami, a następnie „ustępy” rozpoczynające się cyframi. http://publications.europa.eu/code/pl/pl-120200.htm -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2017-11-20 01:14:47 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- cccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc ccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 603/2005 of 12 April 2005 amending the lists of insolvency proceedings, winding-up proceedings and liquidators in Annexes A, B and C to Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 of 29 May 2000 on insolvency proceedings (1), and in particular Article 45 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Whereas: (1) The Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 list the designations given in the national legislation of the Member States to the proceedings and liquidators to which that Regulation applies. (2) The proper functioning of the internal market requires that cross-border insolvency proceedings should operate efficiently and effectively and this Regulation needs to be adopted in order to achieve this objective which comes within the scope of judicial cooperation in civil matters within the meaning of Article 65 of the Treaty. (3) The activities of undertakings have more and more cross-border effects and are therefore increasingly being regulated by Community law. While the insolvency of such undertakings also affects the proper functioning of the internal market, there is a need for a Community act requiring coordination of the measures to be taken regarding an insolvent debtor's assets. (4) It is necessary for the proper functioning of the internal market to avoid incentives for the parties to transfer assets or judicial proceedings from one Member State to another, seeking to obtain a more favourable legal position (forum shopping). http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/en/TXT/?uri=CELEX:320... |
