English term or phrase: rh
Another question for musically-minded colleagues. The musician is describing a particular work and is using this abbreviation followed by a number to locate certain points in the composition. For example "from rh17 onwards" or "at rh2." At first I thought it signified "right hand" since she is describing an orchestral piece with piano. But that doesn't make sense. I haven't been able find a satisfactory answer to this. Any suggestions gratefully received.

neutral  writeaway: what do you mean by rehearsal? the numbers used to refer to sections during rehearsals??? in the d box you were certain it meant right hand. /ok-see it. a rehearsal number. better than a letter. was in an orchestra and the conductor said "go to L".
12 mins
-> in that reference it meant right hand - in the Turandot piece It means "rehearsal." according to the "asker"
