Delivery by the CLIENT of reservations made

The CLIENT agrees to supply to Internet Users the service provisions relating to their reservations made by means of the FASTBOOKING SYSTEM, and notably at the stated rates, VAT rates and quality details and facilities. In the event of dehosting or the impossibility of delivering the service provisions subject to the stated conditions, the CLIENT agrees to follow industry practice and notably to provide accommodation at least equivalent to that covered by the reservation and to bear all additional costs that may arise.

Explanation:
seems it means that even if they have no access to the computer reservations system CRS (because they are "dehosted) they must still arrange the accommodation (or equivalent) they are contracted to provide

so it basically is the opposite of being "hosted" on the system. here are some examples of the word in use...not too many examples but seem to be related to CRS

EU IATE gives this definition
Definition Dehosting is the separation of the internal reservation system of a carrier from a commercially marketed CRS (computerised reservation system). A CRS may be owned or controlled by an airline, in which case the reservation system of that airline is operated in real time by the CRS.

dehosting of the CLIENT
le CLIENT a cessé de participer au système de réservation

Explanation:
after finding the whole of the ST online, things are a bit clearer ...

the technical aspect [web servers etc.] is irrelevant

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 22 hrs (2016-09-19 08:34:48 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

the COMPANY is running a reservation system accessible through the Web

for the purpose of this ST it's completely irrelevant if they have their own server, their own server farm, are renting servers - whatever ...

the HOSTING is expressed by fact that the company is letting CLIENTS (= hotels and other accommodation providers) to use their reservation system when clients' clients (=potential hotel guests) visit hotel's website

disagree  Yvonne Gallagher: a bit better than your first awful effort but still wrong (and wrong language too) It's DEhosting not "hosting"
19 mins
-> wrong language but still the right meaning / the ST is for sure NOT about "hosting on a server" without or especially with the full context ... BTW your emotive language doesn't prove anything one way or another about the terms ...

agree  Didier Fourcot: Per definiton of previous answer that misunderstands it " separation of the internal reservation system of a carrier from a commercially marketed CRS"

-> yes, getting the right refs is not much help if you go on to misinterpret them. Thanks!

Notes to answerer
Asker: It is indeed the removal of everything from server. The client will no longer have any kind of access to the software.

disagree  Daryo: the references are right but the proposed explanation is too much misleading/unclear - the ST has nothing to do with the technicalities of "hosting (anything) on a server"

-> Oh get it together! All these attempts (5 so far) at ridiculous disagrees for the sake of disagreeing are rather tiresome.
