tent cards are pieces of stiff paper, oak tag or the like, folded in half and then spread so that they stand on their own. They are often used in group exercises. They are placed on the table in front of the participants after the participants write their name on them in magic marker or sometimes the names are preprinted on them.

I expect that in this case one side has the name and the other says DONE, since part of the test is the time it takes participants to complete the task.
