English term or phrase: part of sentence
A method for reducing formaldehyde emissions from articles prepared from, or which otherwise comprise formaldehyde-emitting compositions, such as formaldehyde-containing resins, and relates especially to a method for reducing formaldehyde emissions from products such as cellulose laminates, permanent press textiles, floral foams and ceiling or acoustical tiles, **which involves isolating the article in an enclosed space a formaldehyde scavenger**, particularly a formaldehyde scavenger carried by a substrate.

I have a pb with the part of the sentence within **. I have the impression that the sentence is incomplete. Right?

Thanks

which involves isolating the article in an enclosed space a formaldehyde scavenger

Explanation:
I think the problem could be that there's a missing comma: "which involves isolating the article in an enclosed space, a formaldehyde scavenger," etc --
grammatically that would seem to work, though ... I have no idea if a formaldehyde scavenger IS an enclosed space --

containing

Explanation:
Although you could probably get away with just adding a comma, the context implies that the formaldehyde scavenger is something which can be removed from the confined space.

Reworded the sentence

Explanation:
floral foams and ceiling or acoustical tiles. This involves using a formaldehyde scavenger, particularly a formaldehyde scavenger carried by a substrate and isolating the article in an enclosed space.

I just changed the sentence as I believed there were two sentences and to have it as one was too long and carried two different pieces of information.
I posted a answer which I also have hidden as it had some errors.
