English term or phrase: eyewash station
Dear colleagues,

I need a clear explanation about the usage of "station" in this text:

In an MSDS for stain removers,

it reads under the "exposure controls/personal protection" section:

Protective measures: Eyewash station. Avoid splashes that may cause contact with eyes.

I have not been able to figure out what "eyewash station" means.

Thank you in advance for your generous help.
