Just to make it clear

I am suggesting that SAT is some kind of antistatic agent, and not that SAT treatment = Surface antistatic treatment treatment, as that would not make sense. From the above refs it could be that "SAT-4" is the name of the product, but all the same it IS an antistatic agent!
The asker will need to look at the refs, I have been kind enough to supply them, but I cannot spend all my time getting exactly the right answer! Hence my level 3 confidence.

neutral  MMUlr: so SAT treatment = surface antistatic treatment treatment? ...//So you should clearly state your new expression - sounds logical, surfactant type antistatic agent (but only the Asker can decide if it's the product of Nippon Junyaku).
