Actually I just need confirmation that the term used is correct - this is from a paper written directly in English and I'm not sure about the use of acylate in the plural.

"The same pattern was observed for the **acylates anthocyanins" as well as for dephinidin and petunidin, even though at much lower concentration".

The author thinks that the term is correct, but I'm not so sure.
