English term or phrase: Serbs vs Serbians
I wonder what is the difference.
I need to use one of the words for a caption to the magazine cover photo, on which young Serbs (Serbians?) are doing their groceries on a market square. Thank you for your help.

agree  Jack Doughty: I think "Serbs" would be better for the context here.

neutral  B D Finch: Your second Wikipedia ref contains an error: it should be the "Serb ethnic group" without an "s". Actually the two explanations that you quote overlap except for the question of citizenship.

agree  B D Finch: Collins unabridged dico gives them as synonyms and both of them as either nouns and adjectives. It gives an additional definition as a speaker of the Serbian language.
