neutral  abufaraz: IMO, Khairiyyat (خیریت) and Khair o Aafiyyat (خیرو عافیت) have the same meanings.

  -> Khair is something different and doesn't suit to say as the translation of well being. Well being is same as fitness. Khair means everhything fine or everything ok or the ok report.
