تفویضِ قرض Definition from own experience or research: Garnishment کے معانی اس قانونی کاروائی کے ہیں جو ایک مقروض شخص سے رقم (جو ایک تیسرے شخص کے پاس ہو) اس کے اصل مالک کو دلوانے کے لئے کی جائے۔ "تفویض" کے معانی حوالگی، سپردگی کے ہیں۔ "تفویض قرض" سے مراد رقم کو حوالے کرنے کی کاروائی ہوگا۔ Example sentence(s):
Explanation: کسی لفظ کو جب ہم یہ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ "اصظلاح" ہے تو پھر ضروری نہیں کہ اس لفظ کے اندر ہیں اس کے پورے کے پورے معانی بیان ہوجائیں۔ جیسے کوئی صاحب یہ نکتہ بھی اٹھا سکتے ہیں کے اس کا ترجمہ " قانونی کاروائی برائے تفویض اجرت" ہونا چاہیئے۔ ہر چند کہ یہ ترجمہ ٹھیک ہوگا مگر، اسے ترجمے سے زیادہ تشریح کہنا بہتر ہے۔ اصطلاح میں قریب ترین ترجمہ کیا جاتے ہے اور معانی کی کمی بیشی کو جن حالات میں وہ اصظلاح استعمال ہوتی ہے اس سے پورا کیا جاتا ہے۔ حتیٰ کہ معاملہ یہاں تک ہے بہت جگہ اصطلاح میں استعمال ہونے والا لفظ بالکل الگ اور معانی بالکل الگ ہوتے ہیں۔ |
