ہیئتِ ارضی sounds like the best translation to me...I would perhaps rewrite that also as ہئیتِ سطحہء ارض, however the use of the world "arz" by itself here does not seem to bother me, probably because the word ہئیت itself indicates outward form. But I agree, this would be more difficult for the layperson to understand perhaps. Also, I wonder if there is a plural form of ہئیت since we are talking of "landforms" and not "landform."

I don't like using the word "arz" for "land" since "arz" seems to have a more comprehensive nature, whereas "land" is just the superficial/apparent layer on the surface.

Now that I think of it, even تغیراتِ ارض، doesn't sound appropriate since تغیرات can be chemical as well, whereas landforms, to my understanding, come about by physical changes.

Maybe if we say اقسامِ سطحِ ارض, it might be better. Or, using Aburiaz sahib's translation, اشکالِ سظحِ ارض. I have already sumitted my translation, but for future I will use something on these lines. Thank you for contuing discussion on this topic, there is always more to learn and think about.

I agree to Aburaiz,Taghurat-e-Arz means changes of earth.Aqsam-e-Arzi is very close to actual term.Haiiet-e-Arzi is another apprpriate translation but difficult to understand for less literated persons.

I know تغیر means change, that is why I think it makes a good "process-based" meaning since it is by the various changes such as erosion, plate shifting etc that these landforms are formed. Perhaps something can be added to make it more clear. Even superficially, I think, it is the changing shape and form of the earth that defines the different landforms/formations.

After thanking you for selecting my answer, I would like to point out that the word تغیراتِ ارض means 'changes of earth' and IMO, apparently this word does not satisfy the context which you have given, but as you have added it in glossary too, it might have some importance for the remaining part of the translation assignment you are undertaking at the moment. I meant to say, I've added تغیرات ارض to the Glossary, as well, even though I chose Aburiaz sahib's answer for my current translation.

Thank you for everyone's input. I have used Aburiaz sahib's answer in my translation as seemed the best match. I've added تغیرات ارض suggested by Samargawad sahib as the term provides a more in-depth process-based meaning. It was not simple enough for my current purposes though.
