In the event of any of the client’s accommodation not being fulfilled as a result of an overbooking situation caused by the SUPPLIER, the SUPPLIER shall immediately notify ***and relocate the Client to accommodation of the same or of a higher category, located in the same area, providing transfer and delivery of a written apology to the Client.
Any extra expenses arising from such relocation shall be paid by the SUPPLIER including a 20% bookout compensation Fee.

Замість "компенсація" можна спробувати "компенсаційна (ви)плата" чи "відшкодування".

Вважаю, що тут якнайкраще підходить "незабезпечене/незабезпечення". Але можна спробувати "відмінене", "анульоване", або іменником:

"незабезпечення", "відміну", "зняття", "недотримання", "анулювання", "скасування".

Якийсь словник синонімів вийшов :)
