Деякі дівчата роблять це доречі навмисно :-)) 2) В цієї ідіоми є й трохи інше значення. Припустимо, що хтось так відтягує резинку від трусів, що, по-перше, труси (особливо "танга") "збираються" між сідниць, по-друге, сідниці частково оголюються, і, якщо резинка відпускається, той, над яким знущаються, отримує доброго ляпаса у поперек. тобто залежно від контексту - або версія Kirill'а, або "надо мною знущалися/прикололися" чи "відчуття сорому / приниження" Example sentence(s):

just a note... Explanation: A wedgie is not any kind of feeling at all, to give someone a wedgie means to pull their underwear way, way up so it hurts, and it used to be a mean trick mostly done to boys in summer camp (in addition to sticking matches between somebody's toes and lighting them and other roughhouse practical jokes).
