Мені не все зрозуміло - спочатку є розпорядження продати рухоме і нерухоме майно, а потім написано про "in specie" - передати спадщину "як є", у вигляді нерухомого майна, а не готівки?

Мультитран ще більше заплутує, надає переклад "наличными деньгами".
