Для компактності у назву можна не включати те, що у запропонованому варіанті в дужках. Тобто термін звучатиме так: Документ з основною інформацією, або Документ з основною інформацією щодо компанії. Або ж можна слово "документ" замінити на запропоноване Вами "картка". Але найточнішим все ж буде найдовший варіант: Документ з обов’язковою для розкриття основною інформацією щодо компанії. "Компанія" при бажанні можна замінити на "підприємство". |

| Reference: Please consider removing this glossary entry Reference information: I have stumbled upon this old question when reviewing a translation where a linguist has used this wording ("документ про первинне розкриття інформації") as translation for "Initial Disclosure Document", and my research has brought me here. The problem is that this wording makes no sense in the context; as explained by another answerer, it is not a "document about the initial disclosure of information" but a "document disclosing the initial information". There is no generally accepted concise term, because financial legislation and regulations in Ukraine are different, but descriptively, "початкова інформаційна картка" or "інформаційна картка послуги" would be much more accurate than "документ про первинне розкриття". I believe that removing this entry would make the world a better place, as no other translator would be tempted to use this wording in a real-life translation. Thank you. |
