Elif Hm, thanks. What I mean is this: when I hear "scale" in English, I know exactly what is meant. From reference.com: "A succession or progression of steps or degrees; graduated series." The unit of measurement is different for each context where scale is used. In this case, it could be GDP of each nation.
But I don't hear a clear meaning when ölçek is used in TR.
There are many cases in EN to TR translation where one word needs to be translated into a full-blown explanation, and I was hoping for something like that here.
"Ülkeler gelir sıralamasının ve bu sıralamadaki kümelenmenin bölgesel eşitsizlikler tanımındaki etkilerini çözümlemek."
