Ben mevcut müşteri prestiji/şerefiyesi bağlamında güven oluşturma/inşası ilkesi (her ne kadar sözlükte measure ilke olarak geçmiyorsada buradaki konteksti bence karşılıyor) olarak algıladım. İkinci kelime 'technical measure' konusunda haklısınız, o ölçüm ama ben olsam 'gut feeling' imle hareket ederdim :) genede son kararı siz vereceksiniz.
