English term or phrase: jar of pigeon whisperers
It´s from a stand up comedy performance and the comedian is talking about going to renaissance fairs and that she would dress up like a medieval witch and wear all sorts of strange witchstuff and a witchbelt with a jar of pigeon whisperers.

In a public park a pigeon whisperer could be translated as a duvgubbe / -gumma but you don´t usually keep them in a jar...

Explanation:
Knappast säker men ser inte hur annars man ska översätta det faktiskt. Det är ju en häxa, hon kanske kan förminska gubbarna/gummorna =P?

Idiom

Explanation:
In honesty i have never heard the phrase "jar of pigeon whisperers" before, but in light of the reference i'm posting, I believe that it is an idiom just as the phrase "a can of worms" For with that, it is said when you bite off more than you can chew so to say.
Following this trend, and the ability of pigeon whisperers to instill trust into a flock of birds so that they forget their apprehension towards people and approach, the phrase may be alluding to an ability or character trait of a certain person.
The fact that the character in question is a witch probably just speaks to their rumored druid-like ability to speak and listen to birds and animals alike while using them as spies and informants, because knowledge was power and witches were said to have eyes and ears everywhere.
