preheader Explanation: It could be "andra ämnesrad". This means "secondary subjectline". But it would be more of a description than an actual word for it. Please see the links i have attached, they and a lot of other sites talking about the preheader, translates all the names for subject and so forth, but not the preheader. I would use preheader. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 minuter (2017-09-06 15:15:53 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Of course it depends on the type of content. If you f.ex. are translating an email-application. Why not use on of the following: "sekundär ämnesrad" = "secondary subjectline" "andra ämnesrad" = also "secondary subjectline", but not as definitive as "sekundär ämnesrad".
