"XX continues to develop from time to time new vintages for their own labels and for the labels of others."

\"Harvested later than the 1997 vintage (over a month later), and fully ripe, the grapes were dark and sweet, with an intense concentrated flavor. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 21 months. A very dark blue/black color, the \'98 Cabernet has soft sweet fruit with a very approachable structure and texture. This wine embodies all of the traditional Staglin Family Vineyard characters: balance, elegance and early finesse with tremendous potential for aging.\"

Tal vez para distinguirla se podría decir grandes/buenas cosechas, e incluso \"cosechas vintage\" si el escrito va dirigido a un público entendido.

cepas / caldos

Explanation:
Depends what XX is developing. If they are developing grapes, then "cepas" if they are producing the wine itself, to be sold or mixed by other wineries, then "caldos".

crianza

Explanation:
If vintage refers to age then it cannot be varietal, surely then we are talking about quality through age and not through cultivation and that is why I mentioned vinos añejos or "crianzas"
