Asker: Ahora entiendo que es un vuelo tequilero / de tequila, sólo que no sé si se entiende o se use en la jerga de bármanes en español, veré si puedo consultar con un barman y si no, lo dejaré como cata y degustación de tequilas.

Según creo, un tequila flight es "a sampling of three tequilas, one Blanco, or "white," one Reposada, or "Rested," and one Anejo".

Aquí, cuando uno va a un restaurante y prueba varios platos, se pide el "menú degustación".

Y como "tasting" es "cata", propongo para flight (de acuerdo con la definición de arriba) "degustación de (varios/diferentes) tequilas"...
