Aquí nuevamete la expresión es utilizada entre comillas. La tengo en dos ocasiones, utilizada de la misma manera.
1) They should expect a dividen of USD xxxx in 2012. That will leave him with a ** "pure vineyard" ** investment of USD xxxxx. These values are pre-tax
