Wine / Oenology / Viticulture
English term or phrase: off-dry
What is the equivalent used for the above? Abocado would be correcxt??
I found a glossary in which this is explained:
OFF-DRY: (IWG) A slightly sweet wine with from 0.6% to 1.4% residual sugar. In the USA there is no legal meaning to the term so it can be used on a label of a wine that is either dryer or sweeter than the range listed above.
