El párrafo original es "It should be noted that XXXXX platforms with an active XXXX Service (XXXXS) will have had access to the security patch over a month ago, since they use later supported Windows versions."

Mi versión de traducción: "Cabe mencionar que las plataformas XXXXX con Servicio XXXX (XXXXS) activo podrían haber tenido acceso al parche de seguridad hace más de un mes, ya que emplean versiones de Windows más recientes, con soporte incluido."
