Tal vez esta sea una pregunta boba pero no logro ordenar mis ideas.

Estoy traduciendo un texto relacionado al tema de telecomunicaciones y, pese a varios términos complejos, este término me ha dejado estancada.

Se lo que quiere decir pero de ninguna forma me suena bien, especialmente por la palabra Ticketing.

Aquí va la definición:
