shake/tap Explanation: I think this depends on how the rest of your translation about phones is structured. Do they talk about "tapping" the icons to activate other apps? Or, if the flashlight app is always activated, I would use "shake," (in a chopping motion) if that's what is required to turn the light on/off. Example sentence(s):
