Gracias de antemano por su ayuda. Se trata de un glosario de términos empleados en topografía.

burndown chart
A graph of work versus time to show progress.
Usually, the vertical Y axis shows total work (quantified in hours, days, or weeks), and the horizontal X axis shows total time avaliable.
A diagonal line from the top of the Y axis to the right side of the X axis shows the ideal reduction of work over time to finish by the end date; this is called the burndown.
The actual remaining work is plotted against remaining time to show whether a project is on schedule for completion by the end date.
