Estoy traduciendo un cuestionario para empleados de una empresa y me aparece el siguiente texto entre corchetes

Al preguntar al cliente si eso se traducía, pues parecían notas de programación, me contesta lo siguiente:
Yes please translate these. They are internal programming notes, but will be accessible to higher up management. Specifically, these will be seen within the reporting system used to deliver the scores of the survey to the upper management. Below is a screenshot of what the hierarchy would look like. Depending on how the employee answers the questions will be a result of their placement and who, for example, will see their results.

Aun así, no sé cómo traducir "Picker". ¿Alguien sabe cómo traducir esta expresión?
