Explanation:
Hola, estoy especializada en la traducción de estudios de mercado y he traducido muchas encuestas, y te explico.
Todas las frases en mayúscula que aparecen en la encuesta no se traducen puesto que no forman parte de la encuesta en sí, sino que son instrucciones de programación (son las instrucciones que se le da al sistema para que haga una acción determinada en función de cada respuesta del entrevistado).
Tienes que dejarlas tal cual, porque si las traduces, el programa dejaría de funcionar...
Háblalo con tu cliente para confirmarlo pero te puedo decir que es así ya que me dedico a ello.

  -> I don´t know what it means, they are programming instructions. Maybe it means that if the interviewed chooses this answer the survey is complete, but I´m just guessing.

disagree  Hermeneutica: The instructions are for the interviewers - if bilingual, fine to leave as is, if not, they won't know where to continue the survey... Answer to Liz, means that the survey is abbreviated by skipping 1 or more sections [completed in a shorter form] -

  -> As far as I know, these instructions are not for the interviewers but only for the IT system (CATI probably in this case) which directly skips to the corresponding option depending on the answer introduced
