Más que indirecto, la idea de sideswiping en este caso es la de un ataque incidental, "de rebote". Sin embargo, y en tanto que titular, decir Ataques incidentales al CICIG no parece añadir nada particularmente relevante a Ataques al CICIG, aunque podría ser una opción. Ataques indirectos al CICIG funciona bien en castellano, aunque en este caso diría que los ataques resultan obvios y bastante directos, por lo que el titular me chocaría un tanto leyendo el texto. Traducciones menos literales podrían funcionar también tal vez. Por ejemplo, El CICIG, tocado
